Privacy-friendly analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on frontfrog.com to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources and page performance. This service does not use analytics cookies or local storage to identify visitors, and does not track people across websites. We do not send enquiry contents or uploaded Spine files to analytics. Information we collect
When you contact FrontFrog, we may receive your name, email address, website, enquiry type, project details and any information you choose to include in your message. Campaign labels (UTM parameters) from the current page may accompany your enquiry so we can understand which campaigns lead to relevant enquiries. Please do not put personal information in campaign labels.
Enquiry reliability and campaign measurement
Enquiries are saved in Cloudflare D1 before email delivery, with a random submission reference to prevent duplicate retries. This reference identifies an enquiry, not a visitor. We also count enquiry receipts and clicks on our email and Telegram links by day and campaign, without analytics cookies, browser storage or cross-site identifiers. Click measurement respects Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Message contents are not copied into these aggregate counts. Short-lived, server-keyed hashes of IP addresses limit abuse; raw IP addresses are not stored in this database.
How we use it
We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply, prepare an estimate and discuss a potential or active project. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for automated profiling.
Service providers
The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact-form messages are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These providers process technical or message data needed to operate the website, deliver your enquiry and allow us to respond.
Retention and security
The website’s enquiry database uses a 90-day retention window and aggregate campaign counts a 180-day window; expired records are removed during site maintenance triggered by visits. Abuse-prevention buckets expire after 20 minutes. Email correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration and applicable record-keeping. Reasonable technical measures protect submitted information, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to any information FrontFrog must retain for legitimate legal or administrative reasons.
