Privacy-friendly analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on frontfrog.com to understand aggregate visits, page views, referral sources and page performance. This service does not use analytics cookies or local storage to identify visitors, and does not track people across websites. We do not send enquiry contents or uploaded Spine files to analytics. Information we collect

When you contact FrontFrog, we may receive your name, email address, website, enquiry type, project details and any information you choose to include in your message.

How we use it

We use this information only to review your enquiry, reply, prepare an estimate and discuss a potential or active project. We do not sell personal information or use enquiry data for automated profiling.

Service providers

The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure. Contact-form messages are sent through Cloudflare Email Service to our Gmail inbox, provided by Google. These providers process technical or message data needed to operate the website, deliver your enquiry and allow us to respond.

Retention and security

Enquiry information is retained only as long as reasonably needed for communication, project administration and applicable record-keeping. Reasonable technical measures are used to protect submitted information, but no online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of information you have submitted, subject to any information FrontFrog must retain for legitimate legal or administrative reasons.
